On-Site Inspection
Every project starts with a careful on-site evaluation. We inspect exterior surfaces and the most common leak and failure points—stucco/EIFS areas, window perimeters, deck and balcony edges, flashing transitions, and penetrations—to spot visible damage as well as early signs of moisture intrusion. We’ll discuss what we’re seeing, what may be causing it, and which repairs will provide the best long-term protection.
Detailed Proposal
After the inspection, you’ll receive a clear, written proposal that outlines the recommended scope of work. This includes what we’ll repair or replace, the general approach and materials, and an estimated timeline—so there are no surprises later. We aim to keep everything transparent and easy to understand, with pricing that reflects the work required (not vague “ballpark” estimates).
In-House Repairs & Installation
Once approved, our in-house crew completes the work with consistent quality control and professionalism. Because we don’t rely on subcontractors, you get a reliable team that follows the same standards on every job. We work safely, keep the site organized, and communicate progress so you’re not left guessing. Our goal is to deliver repairs that look clean, perform properly, and hold up to Washington weather.
Final Walkthrough & Warranty
When the work is complete, we do a final walkthrough with you to review what was done and confirm everything meets expectations. We’ll answer questions, highlight important details, and make sure you’re comfortable with the results before we wrap up. Most importantly, we stand behind our workmanship with a warranty—so you have added peace of mind long after the project is finished.
