We had major exterior maintenance and repair work done to our EIFS siding by Exterior Renovations LLC two years ago that included replacing an outside wall with extensive water damage, plus application of elastomeric paint (2 coats), along with sealing of all of our windows. It was an extensive project that lasted nearly a month. The entire crew, starting with Greg Heck, was impressively professional, friendly and experienced. They knew exactly what to do, and took every precaution to protect the shrubbery around the house, in addition to the family room that needed to have an outside wall replaced. Because our exterior walls are EIFS, there were very few choices available in our area, but local painters and home builders all agreed that Exterior Renovations LLC was the best choice by far. After two years, our home still looks newly painted, and the window sealing treatments are in perfect shape. We couldn't be happier with the results, thanks to the obvious dedication and competence of the entire team. We have recommended Greg Heck to our friends and family, and can highly recommend them to anyone requiring specialized exterior work on their home! Let me say first that my wife and i had an excellent experience with the team from Exterior Renovations LLC. We were very excited to purchase our home in the Leschi area overlooking Lake Washington. However, we knew the stucco exterior and other items needed significant work. I’m not exaggerating when I say the team performed at a “10” on a 1-10 scale.
